Purpose of the contract: Development and verification of an Innovative Family of 12-Metre Hydrogen-Powered Urban Buses c. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: 1. Verification of vehicle compliance with the requirements of UN Regulation No. 134 for a category M3 vehicle The Contractor shall perform testing and compliance verification on a bus provided by the Ordering Party. The vehicle provided by the Ordering Party will be prepared to fulfil the requirements of Part III of UN Regulation No. 134, concerning specifications for a vehicle fuel system incorporating a compressed hydrogen storage system. The Contractor shall verify the vehicle's compliance with paragraph 7.1 of Part III of UN Regulation No. 134. The vehicle will be made available for testing at the Ordering Party’s manufacturing facility together with the relevant technical documentation describing the safety-related performance of the hydrogen-fuelled vehicle. The Contractor shall prepare a test report documenting the results of the verification and confirming compliance with the applicable requirements of UN Regulation No. 134. 2. Verification of vehicle compliance with the requirements of UN Regulation No. 100 for a category M3 vehicle The Contractor shall perform testing and compliance verification on a bus provided by the Ordering Party. The vehicle provided by the Ordering Party will be prepared to fulfil the requirements of Part I of UN Regulation No. 100 concerning safety requirements with respect to the electric power train of road vehicles. The Contractor shall perform testing and verification in accordance with UN Regulation No. 100.04, Part I, paragraph 5 and Annexes 3, 4, 5A and 6. The vehicle will be made available for testing at the Ordering Party’s manufacturing facility together with the relevant technical documentation describing the essential characteristics of the electric power train system. The Contractor shall prepare a test report documenting the results of the verification and confirming compliance with the applicable requirements of UN Regulation No. 100. 3. Verification of vehicle compliance with the requirements of UN Regulation No. 10 for a category M3 vehicle The Contractor shall perform testing and compliance verification on a bus provided by the Ordering Party. The vehicle provided by the Ordering Party will be prepared to fulfil the requirements of UN Regulation No. 10. The Contractor shall perform testing and verification in accordance with UN Regulation No. 10.06, paragraphs 6.2-6.4 and 7.2-7.9, as well as Annexes 4-6 and 11-16. The vehicle will be made available for testing at the Ordering Party’s manufacturing facility together with the relevant technical documentation describing the vehicle with respect
